As such, events which revolve around it need to have the appropriate sense of scale, prestige, and flair.
That is precisely the approach Mlađen Merdović, the President of Bitcoin Association Serbia, took when he decided to organize the inaugural TMRW Conference in May of 2022.
From the onset, TMRW Conference was envisioned as one of Europe’s biggest web3 events, and as such – it was a massive undertaking, one that required coordinated efforts from a multitude of sources. Among them was marketing and outreach – this is where BizzLead was called in to lend a helping hand.

Organizing the Biggest Web3 Conference in Europe in ≈ 3 Months
TMRW Conference was Mlađen Merdović’s brainchild and labor of love. As an early Bitcoin investor and one of the most prominent people in the region’s crypto space, Mlađen felt a very strong need to create an event that would fully reflect the importance web3 will have in everyone’s lives going forward.
So, he decided to go big or go home – make the very first TMRW Conference one of the grandest events of its kind in the whole of Europe. And, he saw no point in waiting, so he decided to march ahead on a very compressed timeline of 3 or so months.
Naturally, organizing an event of this magnitude under such a tight deadline would be a massive challenge. But, that is what Mlađen relishes, and he set out to put together a team that would rise to the occasion. As part of that, he turned to BizzLead.

Solution
As mentioned, there was no time to waste when it came to TMRW Conference. The compressed timeline required an intense outreach campaign, possibly the most intense we’ve done so far.
Naturally, we employed our tried-and-tested multipronged approach, but we decided to scale it up. Massive LeadGen efforts, multiple LinkedIn profiles and email addresses, staff working on the project essentially around the clock…
The primary objective was to help attract even more sponsors for the event, while our secondary mission was to spread the word about TMRW Conference (which helped attract speakers, boost ticket sales, etc.).
Results
